The State Convention & Expo is filled with education, networking, and fun. We will host six seminars, including two legal presentations. Join us and fellow ARSSA members and vendor partners for seminars, expert panels, and an on-site reception Wednesday night.

Vendors, please note that ARSSA membership dues are included in the registration fee and sponsorship fees if you choose the top option. If you have paid vendor partner dues for the year, please note that the last registration type provides an option for dues that are previously paid.

Your company’s registration fee also includes a 10×10 booth, registration for two company representatives with breakfast, lunch and the reception Wednesday evening. If your company plans to have more than two reps attend, please select Addt’l Vendor Attendee below and list their name and contact information. Addt’l vendor attendees are $150 per person.

Sponsorship opportunities are available below. If you choose a sponsorship level, this fee includes your 2025 membership fee, registration, booth, and sponsorship. For example, if you would like to sponsor breakfast, the total fee would be $2500. If you choose a sponsorship level, please send a half page ad to Shelly Harris at sharris@arssa.org by July 15, 2025.

After you complete registration, please send a logo and the contact information you would like in the conference program to sharris@arssa.org.
