BIll Humble is the ASSA Founder Initial President, and currently sits as Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee. This tax elimination effort affecting Arkansas self storage law was begun by Mr. Humble and Sen. Glover in 2004, and will take effect June 30, 2011.
